Kim Puls
Executive Director/Fiscal Officer
Kim graduated from Upper Iowa University with her Bachelor's in Criminology minoring in Business. Kim started working with PSAS in 2007 and has spent the last 14 years serving families in many different roles. She is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Kim has achieved her National Family Support Certification.
Kim enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and playing softball.

Ashley Bolton
Family Service Coordinator
Ashley graduated from Buena Vista University with her Bachelor's in Elementary Education with concentrations in Special Education, Reading, and History. She is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Ashley has achieved her National Family Support Certification.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
