Kim Puls
Executive Director/Fiscal Officer
Kim graduated from Upper Iowa University with her Bachelor's in Criminology minoring in Business. Kim started working with PSAS in 2007 and has spent the last 14 years serving families in many different roles. She is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Kim has achieved her National Family Support Certification.
Kim enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and playing softball.
Kaitlyn Engstrom
Family Service Coordinator
Kaitlyn graduated from SNHU with her Bachelor's in Psychology and UAGC with her Bachelor's in Child Development. She is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Kaitlyn has achieved her National Family Support Certification.
Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, creating new crafts and hiking..
